If you place an order for an item that is on BACKORDER, you are given the EZBuyFurniture Price Protection. This means that during the time you are waiting for your order to arrive and the price goes up, you will be guaranteed the original sale price.
- No Money Required
Upon checkout, we will authorize your credit card for the purchase price, however, we will NOT charge your card until your item is ready to ship. When we charge your card you will receive an email informing you and your order status will change to "Shipping ASAP"
- Hassle-Free Cancellation
At anytime before an item has shipped, you have the right to cancel your order. Please call us or send an email and we will process your cancellation request immediately!
- Real-Time Backorder Tracking
Through out the backorder waiting period, you will be able to track your order in real-time using our website. This is where you will see estimated shipping dates for your item(s).
- Status Notifications
We will keep you informed as to the status of your backorder by sending you periodic notifications.
With EZBuyFurniture, even purchasing an item that is on backorder can be an EZ process!
IMPORTANT: Keep in mind that 99% of all online furniture stores do not hold inventory, so if you see it some place else and it says "IN STOCK", we encourage you to call them before you cancel an order with us. Chances are they are not as up to date on their stock notifications as we are.
We feel it is extremely important for our customer to know where their order is in the process of being delivered. We have invested heavily in our systems to ensure that we can make sure that you have this information. In addition, we consistently work with our manufactures on their processes to ensure we provide the information you need when you need it.
To track your order status, simply go to our website and click on the TRACK ORDER link on the top or bottom of the page. Although we will process your order right away,
it sometimes takes up to 2-3 business days before you see an initial status. Please, always check this section before emailing or calling our customer service department. If your order is in stock you will not receive an email on the order status. If your order is on backorder we will send you an email so that you can plan appropriately.
Order Status Definitions:
- Shipping ASAP
This means an item is in stock and will be shipping out within a few business days or will be manufactured and shipped per the manufactures normal process.
- BackOrdered
This means that the item is currently out of stock at the manufacture. When this happens our system will send you an email to inform you that the order will be delayed. A projected shipping date for the order will be provided at that time.
How will I know when my order is shipped?
Once we have the tracking information from the manufacture we will email you the details.
